I’m using a few CSS files in this theme but the most important one is “style.css”. Including a generic reset file. Many browser interpret the default behavior of html elements differently. By using a general reset CSS file, we can work round this. This file also contains some general styling, such as anchor tag colors, font-sizes, etc. Keep in mind, that these values might be overridden somewhere else in the file.
The “style.css” file contains all of the specific stylings for the page. The file is separated into sections using:
/*--------------------------------------------------------------*/ /* Header */ /*--------------------------------------------------------------*/ some code /*--------------------------------------------------------------*/ /* Section */ /*--------------------------------------------------------------*/ some code /*--------------------------------------------------------------*/ /* Sidebar */ /*--------------------------------------------------------------*/ some code /*--------------------------------------------------------------*/ /* Footer */ /*--------------------------------------------------------------*/ some code etc, etc.
If you would like to edit a specific section of the site, simply find the appropriate label in the CSS file, and then scroll down until you find the appropriate style that needs to be edited.
This theme is built using the 960 Grid CSS System. So keep this in mind if you want to change something in the layout.
To install the site you have to unzip the ZIP file you downloaded from Theme Forest and open the folder “Theme”
Inside this folder is another called “zeus”, this is the folder you have to upload to your server where you installed WordPress (wp-content/themes /)
That’s all, once uploaded the Theme only need to activate it and for that you can go to the next section.
If you need more information please go to http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes
This theme uses TimThumb PHP Script to resize images. For this script to work you need change the “zeus/cache/” & “zeus/cache/images” folders permissions to 777.
If your images are not displayed surely this is your problem.
If you need more information please go to http://www.binarymoon.co.uk/2010/11/timthumb-hints-tips/
And also this Theme needs PHP 5 on your Server
This Theme uses the JW Player but does not include.
You can Download the JW Player here
Once downloaded, unzip the file and you will see a folder named “mediaplayer-5.7″ rename “jwplayer”

Now upload this folder (jwplayer) inside the Theme’s folder on your Server (wp-content/themes/zeus/), like this:

That’s all, the Theme will do the rest.
First of all you have to activate the Zeus Theme on your WordPress Site. Go to Appearance>Themes and Activate Zeus Theme.

To make it easier here is a video of how to create a Different Portfolio:
Additionally if you want the Single Pages for the Portfolio Item to have the same features as the original, like Multiple Images or Twitter and Facebook buttons.
You need to duplicate the file “zeus/single-portfolio.php” and rename it wit the same name of your new Portfolio
For Example, if you called the new portfolio “Prints” the file should be named:
single-prints.php
Or if you called “Different Portfolio” the file should be named:
single-differentportfolio.php
Always lowercase and no spaces

For use the Shortcode Generator you will find a button every time you edit a post or page… like this:

For the Shortcode work, you first must get a Google Maps Key.
Go to http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html and sign up for a key, once you have the key go to your Theme Admin Panel and paste it here:
